Deposits on all hunts are 30% of the hunt plus license fees. Hunt deposits and license fees are due by application deadline. Hunt balance due on or before arrival. Hunt deposits and license fees cannot be refunded if you cancel later than 15 days prior to application deadline. If you are successful in the license draw, hunt deposits are not refundable if you cancel. Wyoming Game and Fish will refund license fees to the hunter if unsuccessful in the license draw (except for the $14.00 application fee). If unsuccessful in the license draw, please allow 30 days for refund of your hunt deposit.
