Deposits on all hunts are 30% of the hunt plus license fees.  Hunt deposits and license fees are due by application deadline. Hunt balance due on or before arrival.  Hunt deposits will not be refunded if you cancel later than 15 days prior to application deadline.  Deposits are nonrefundable once you have drawn a license.  Wyoming Game and Fish will refund license fees to the hunter if unsuccessful in the license draw (except for the $14.00 application fee). If unsuccessful in the license draw, please allow 30 days for the refund of your hunt deposit.
